The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Shreveport conferred 149 doctor's degrees and 73 master's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.
But the single most popular program was for a doctor's degree in Medicine. Data shows the school gave out 114 doctor's degrees in Medicine, followed by 36 master's degrees in Physician Assistant and 35 doctor's degrees in Physical Therapy/Therapist.
The university enrolled 874 students for 2016-17, including 28 in undergraduate programs and 846 in graduate programs.
