Does the weather affect your willingness to leave the house?

Some like it hot some like it cold!! How does the weather affect you and your willingness to leave your home? Like I have kids all under 7. So if its raining I hate to go out. The baby gets wet and my older two boys jump in the water!! What about you?

  1. No, my laziness does.
  2. nothing stops me from going out
  3. Yes, it does. It is very very cold here today and I hate to have to bundle up, just to get to the car.
  4. it's too cold to go out
  5. i HATE the cold... ill go out in anything else
  6. It doesn't, I just dress accordingly. Since the only weather in California is heat
  7. I won't drive when it looks all tornadoey outside, that's about it though. A little rain is fine...dark gray clouds and lots of wind and thunder and lightening is not.
  8. Only when it's boiling hot in the Summer.
  9. When it's cold and blowing snow like it is I'd rather stay at home.
  10. I hate the cold, especially when its snowing and the wind is blowing and the temperature is in the single digits or below. Makes me want to stay inside and cuddle under my blankets.
  11. it sure does, I have asthma, and I am not about to risk pneumonia just to go out in sub-zero temps when I don't have to. So there is sometimes a week or more that I don't step one foot out of my house. Do I like it, NO, but for my health I do it!
  12. Absolutely yes! Especially since i don't drive. It is so frigid outside today and im off. I want to go get my nails and hair done, but I am NOT going out there. I guess i'll be looking crazy for a little while longer.
  13. No i go out in all weathers, i am not keen on the cold has i get colder more and if its to hot i get heat stroke but i still venture out.
  14. Rain is not a problem. I live in Michigan, so we have some rough winters. However, I'm not afraid to go out in bad weather if I have dance. If the weather is REALLY that bad, than I'll stay home from everything else. But to go to dance, I'll take my chances.
  15. I am like a car, hard to get going in the cold, but good the rest of the time
  16. Yes, it sure does. For example, it must be above 32 degrees F for me to walk to the grocery market store. It's negative 13 ( negative 29 with wind chill ) and I didn't go out yet to get the trash cans moved from the side of the house to the back once the Garbage Men emptied them.
