Should government bureaucrats be enslaved until they work off our national debt?
Several million people work for the government doing completely nonessential things. Should they be re-employed as laborers until they have paid their debt to society?

I have always been puzzled why most of us are labouring our ***** off, just to keep thousands of pen-pushers pushing pens around in comfortable offices, dedicated to spending our money. If often looks like a crazy merry-go-round, while everyone gets nowhere fast. And this business now where governments are suddenly magicing up billions of dollars (or pounds in the uk) out of thin air, to start the whole carousel caboodle up again. While we struggle to earn our daily pittance, they just magic up millions out of thin air, and tell us WE owe it.

Why do government employees get a day off on Christmas & Easter when the government says there must be a separation of Church and State ; and you can`t mention or recognize God on government property ? Why do they get the day`s off on these Religious holidays ? I think all gov. employees should work with no holidays off until their specific department in the government has shown a "profit" ! Also; Atheist should never be allowed to take a day off on a religious holiday !
