How can a consumer know that the double paned windows they just had installed actually have the argon gas between the windows as advertised ? You can't see the gas. How do you know if it is there ?

- You don't know. You have to be able to trust people sometimes. I'm sure that you could remove a window and bring it to a lab. Unfortunately, the window will be destroyed in the testing process, so you'll pay for the lab as well as a new window. Besides, does it really matter? I mean is there something more at stake her besides trust?
